So lets start fresh and move your Mods folder some where else and then unzip and then put in it's Mod folder in. Here is the toddler version put that package in the fresh Mods folder. I can't speak/write any Russian at all. The way the game works is that it can operate in any language.

Other than text that's written directly into the code (Oniki does this, I do not know why) the game looks at the STBL tables to localize the relevant text. A lot of mods only have the English text in the STBL, but that doesn't break the game, it just means you'll only see English or an untranslated pointer from the code. (OptionSetting.MenuMenstrualCycle.Child.Label is an example where I couldn't enter the STBL text so the code pointer is showing) The line in your post that sticks out for me is 'I have a lot of Russian modov.Oni probably conflict with the English' To get this running you should only have the framework, the modball, and KW. Yesterday I finally got through looking at Every. IsUnderAge check and modifying the ones (80% of them honestly) that I didn't think toddlers should be part of. I also built in an IsHuman to the IsUnderAge script so hopefully it now filters out child animals by default. I changed a few Teen and Child checks into IsUnderAge now as well, since this build allows you to specify child or toddler as underage it'll work smoother if the checks reflect that as opposed to modding in a blanket age range. Now I need to go through all the functions looking for Child/Teen/loadfield/etc.
