Hi, I have the same issue with LO 5.2.6.2 x64 and Win Server 2008 R2. LO-Draw with images slows down to complete freezes and I tried a lot of things including memory tweaks and disabling OpenGL.

I installed the latest NVidia drivers for my gtx 560 (not exactly a server card I know) I have an old Laptop running Win7x64 which handles the same LO version with the same Draw-File effortlessly. Only difference I could find inside LO is the 'Enable Hardware Acceleration' Setting. On my laptop it's turned on, on my 'Server/Desktop' it's turned off and grayed out.
